Whether spring awakening, summer pleasure, golden harvest time or white winter dress. On the organic farm of the Pötscher family you can experience the annual cycle of rural life. The farm supplies daily fresh hay milk not only to family members and guests, but also to the Kaslab'n Nockberge (link: https://www.kaslabn.at/). The association produces regional organic cheese from pure hay milk. The Bartlbauerhof is one of the four founding members.
A holiday full of adventure.
On the farm itself there is a lot to experience, especially for children. You are welcome to move from your room in the holiday apartment to the cosy camper. A night in a tent under the stars is also included. Playing and dreaming is best done in the rustic lakeside cabin with its large terrace. Barbecue evenings can also be held here. In addition, the farm's own natural bathing area on Lake Millstätter See is available to everyone free of charge. Getting to know the animals, working with them and developing an understanding of life on a farm - all this can be wonderfully experienced at the Barlbauerhof. True to the motto: Just be there.
